Sammy is 90+ pounds of big sweet labby love! He’s about 1 and a half years old and looking for a lifelong family. Sammy was found straying and landed himself in a shelter where he waited day after day for his owner to claim him, but nobody came. Sammy was friendly with all the dogs in his playgroup at the shelter, and now, he’s settled in at his PAWS4RESCUE foster home where he gets along well with the dogs there. We are happy to be helping him find his forever home. Sammy would be great in a family that already has a dog(s) but would also thrive as an only dog soaking up all the TLC.
Sammy’s foster mom says, “He’s an awesome dog. He is very affectionate, such a good cuddle buddy, and sweet as can be. He has no idea how big he is and loves to watch TV with us with his big head on my shoulder. It’s so dang cute! He also loves playing ball.”
